Service Description
Our 1.5‑hour Slime Lab Party is the ultimate hands‑on celebration for kids who love to mix, swirl, stretch, and create. We bring all the supplies, guide the fun step‑by‑step, and help every child make their own custom slime using non‑toxic, allergy‑friendly ingredients. Kids choose their colors, add glitter and mix‑ins, and take home their creations in labeled containers. We handle the setup, hosting, and full clean‑up — you just enjoy the smiles. Perfect for birthdays, playgroups, schools, and any celebration that needs a burst of creativity and joy. Add additional partygoers and custom items during checkout!
Cancellation Policy
By booking with Joy Fun Labs, you agree to the following terms: Booking & Payment A non‑refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 10 business days before the event. Late or missing payments may result in cancellation. Final headcount is due 10 business days prior; additional children may incur extra fees and depend on material availability. Cancellation & Rescheduling Deposits are non‑refundable. Cancellations within 10 business days of the event are not eligible for refunds. For outdoor events, Joy Fun Labs is not responsible for weather; excessive heat, cold, or wind may require moving indoors. We will work with you to find an alternate indoor location or reschedule when possible. Event Setup & Cleanup Joy Fun Labs provides all materials and instruction. Clients must provide adequate space, adult supervision, restroom access, electrical access if needed, and reasonable parking/unloading access. We will make every effort to leave the space as we found it. Safety & Supervision At least one adult must be present per 10 children. Joy Fun Labs facilitates activities but does not provide childcare. Children must follow instructions; unsafe behavior may result in removal from activities. Sick children should not participate. Pets must be secured during setup, hosting, and breakdown. Allergies & Sensitivities We use non‑toxic, kid‑friendly materials whenever possible. Clients must notify us of any allergies or medical concerns. An allergen‑free environment cannot be guaranteed. Photo Release Clients may choose whether Joy Fun Labs can use event photos or videos for promotional purposes. No child names will be used without written permission. Liability Participation involves inherent risks such as slips, falls, allergic reactions, or accidental injuries. Joy Fun Labs is not responsible for accidental damage to furniture, flooring, or personal items unless caused by negligence. By booking, the client assumes all risks and agrees to release and hold harmless Joy Fun Labs and its representatives except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Additional Policies Late payments may incur a $25 fee. Events outside Montgomery County, MD may include travel fees. Joy Fun Labs may arrive up to 60 minutes early for setup and require up to 30 minutes for cleanup. This event is contingent upon final insurance coverage; if coverage is not
